Serving board in MDF. Hand wash, wipe with a cloth. Avoid placing the serving board in water to prevent it from swelling at the edges. All serving boards are more or less sensitive to scratches in the form of cutting marks. A tip for keeping the serving board nice is to turn it over when cutting. Then hang it face down.
