Refund policy


To claim an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately. To simplify the handling of the complaint: state the order number and reason for the complaint. We will send you a new item at no extra shipping cost, provided the item is available. If we cannot replace you with a new item, we will make a refund when we have received the defective item in return.


Private consumers have, according to the Distance Contracts Act, the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The exception to this right are products that are made to order, such as furniture and fabrics.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

The right of withdrawal applies when the goods and packaging are returned in unchanged condition. The product must not be used, but the packaging must have been carefully opened. Return shipping in case of canceled purchase is paid by the consumer. Reimbursement takes place as soon as we have received the item back and the return is approved.

How to make a return:

  1. Contact our customer service via email or phone +46-708-678986 and ask for a return shipping slip. Alternatively, you can fill in the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can download the standard form here.

Please ensure that the information is correct and clear.

  1. Pack the item properly, using the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging, equivalent to the one in which the item was delivered to you. Don't forget to pack in the return slip with contact details and reason for the return.
  2. Return the item using the return shipping slip.
