Refund policy


To complain about a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately. To simplify the handling of the complaint: state the order number and reason for the complaint. We will send you a new item at no extra shipping cost, provided the item is available. If we can not replace you with a new item, we will make a refund when we receive the defective item in return.


Private consumers have, according to the Distance Contracts Act, the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The exceptions to this right are products that are made to order, such as furniture and fabrics.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

The right of withdrawal applies when the product and packaging are returned in unchanged condition. The product must not be used, but packaging must have been opened carefully. Return shipping in the event of a canceled purchase is paid for by the consumer. Refunds will be made as soon as we have received the item back and the return is approved.

Here's how to make a return:

  1. Contact our customer service via email or phone + 46-708-678986 and request a return shipping note. Alternatively, you can fill in the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can download the standard form here .

Make sure the information is accurate and clear.

  1. Pack the product properly, use the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging, equivalent to what the product was delivered to you. Do not forget to pack in a return slip with contact information and reason for the return.
  2. Return the item using the return shipping note.
