A purchase agreement is entered into when you choose to send an order at checkout.Order confirmation is then automatically generated by our database without manual review.In the event of any inaccuracies in, for example, the indication of price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards.If you are not satisfied with our correction, you can of course choose to cancel your order free of charge.

Nadja Wedin design only enters into an agreement with an adult, alternatively a minor with the permission of the guardian.

Discount code: One and the same discount code may only be used once per customer.



The prices include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated.

You can pay by card, PayPal or via Klarna.We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard and American Express.We use 3D Secure, which is a security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard for payments over the Internet.The transfer for card purchases takes place with secure SSL encryption.This means that no unauthorized person can see your card details.Please note that the total amount of the order will be charged directly to your card when you approve the transaction, even if your order cannot be delivered immediately.

Buy with Klarna: 

“In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may share your personal data in the form of contact details and order information with Klarna at checkout, so that Klarna can assess if you can choose the payment methods, as well as to customize them for you.Your shared personal data is processed according to Klarna's own data protection information.“


The shipping cost is based on the order total.Free shipping applies to purchases over SEK 1,000, but does not apply to furniture where actual shipping costs are added.

For order amounts of SEK 1,000 or less, SEK 89 will be added in shipping.It is the lowest cost that the shipping company charges for trackable delivery, regardless of the order amount.


Your order is sent in most cases with DHL Service point.You will receive a delivery notification sent to the specified mobile phone number or e-mail and pick up the delivery at the nearest DHL delivery point.For furniture, delivery takes place to the given address in accordance with the agreement with the shipping company.


Delivery times are normally 3-5 weekdays for deliveries within Sweden.Does not apply to order items such as furniture and fabric, as these products are not in stock.

Longer delivery times than stated can occur during periods when we have high load, out of stock, delays from suppliers, etc.

For delivery outside Sweden, the delivery time is 5-10 working days.


For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply.You can read more about your rights as a consumer at the Swedish Consumer Agency.


To shop with us, you must enter information in all fields that are mandatory during customer registration.If we do not have your email address, we cannot send you an order confirmation and we cannot notify you of known delivery delays or if any part of your order cannot be delivered.

The personal data you provide to us is used for order processing, invoicing, information, marketing and other purposes aimed at making our service work as well as possible.The data is not forwarded to any third party.

We do not apply a minimum order value.

As a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order before we have sent the order to you.This does not apply to ordered goods such as furniture and fabric, where the order or approved order confirmation for furniture is binding.


To prevent the delivery from being returned, it needs to be picked up at the delivery point within 14 days, otherwise a fee of 395 SEK (incl. VAT) will be charged to cover the fee charged by the shipping company in connection with the package being returned to us.


In order for us to be able to complain about the damage to our carrier, we need to report the transport damage to him within 1-3 days.We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within this time.

This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage and it is therefore important that you unpack and check that the product is free of defects as soon as possible after receipt.

If the damage is visible, it is easiest if you report this directly to the delivery agent (or the driver in the case of direct delivery) upon receipt of the shipment.Ask the agent/carrier to make a note of the damage on your copy of the waybill or in their package management system.Remember to always save the packaging so that the complaint can be handled correctly.

A product that has been shipped incorrectly should be reported to us as soon as possible, and we will correct the error.


All ordered goods are the property of Nadja Wedin design until full payment has been received by us.


To claim an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately.To simplify the handling of the complaint: state the order number and reason for the complaint.We will send you a new item at no extra shipping cost, provided the item is available.If we cannot replace you with a new item, we will make a refund when we have received the defective item in return.


Private consumers have, according to the Distance Contracts Act, the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days.The exception to this right are products that are made to order, such as furniture and fabrics.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

The right of withdrawal applies when the goods and packaging are returned in unchanged condition.The product must not be used, but the packaging must have been carefully opened.Return shipping in case of canceled purchase is paid by the consumer.Refunds are made as soon as we have received the item back and the return is approved.

How to make a return:

  1. Contact our customer service via email info@nadjawedin.com or phone +46-708-678986 and ask for a return shipping slip.Alternatively, you can fill in the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form to exercise your right of withdrawal.You can download the standard formhere.

Make sure that the information is correct and clear.

  1. Pack the item properly, using the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging, equivalent to the one in which the item was delivered to you.Don't forget to pack in the return slip with contact details and reason for the return.
  2. Return the item using the return shipping slip.

We apply the Consumer Purchase Act's right of complaint, which means that you have three years of right of complaint after you have received the item.This assumes that all care instructions are followed and that normal care is observed.

In the case of a complaint, you must contact us via email (info@nadjawedin.com) or telephone 0708-678986, and we will help you further.You will be asked to provide photo evidence via email of the error/defective item, clearly showing the error.If a complaint is granted, a prepaid return shipping slip will be sent to you.When we receive the advertised item, the error is re-examined and then a new item is sent to you.


Events beyond our control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Nadja Wedin design is released from its obligations to fulfill concluded agreements.


We reserve the right to change all information without prior notice.In the event of a final sale or if a sale item has expired, we have the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in advance.


According to the Electronic Communications Act, which entered into force on July 25, 2003, everyone who visits a website with cookies must be informed about it.
