BUY

Purchase agreement is entered into when you choose to send an order at checkout. Order confirmation is then automatically generated by our database without manual review. In the event of any errors in, for example, indication of price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you can of course choose to cancel your order free of charge.

Nadja Wedin design only enters into agreements with an adult, or alternatively a minor with the permission of a guardian.

Discount code: One and the same discount code may only be used once per customer.

PRICE & PAYMENT

Prices include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated.

You can pay by card or PayPal. We accept payment with VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We use 3D Secure, which is a security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard for payments over the Internet. The transfer when buying with a card is done with secure SSL encryption. This means that no unauthorized person can see your card details. Please note that the total amount of the order will be deducted directly from your card when you approve the transaction, even if your order cannot be delivered immediately.

SHIPPING

Shipping cost is based on the order amount. Free shipping applies to purchases over SEK 1,000, however, does not apply to furniture where the actual shipping cost is added. For order sums of SEK 1,000 or less, SEK 65 will be added in shipping.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are normally 3-5 working days for deliveries within Sweden. Does not apply to order items such as furniture and fabric, as these products are not in stock.

Longer delivery times than stated may occur during periods when we have a high load, out of stock, delays from suppliers, and more.

For delivery outside Sweden, the delivery time is 5-10 weekdays.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE CONSUMERS

For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply. You can read more about your rights as a consumer at the Swedish Consumer Agency.

CUSTOMER / PERSONAL DATA

To shop with us, you must enter information in all fields that are mandatory for customer registration. If we do not have your email address, we can not send an order confirmation and we can not notify you of known delivery delays or if any part of your order can not be delivered.

The personal information you provide to us is used for order processing, invoicing, information, marketing and other purposes that aim to make our service work as well as possible. The information is not passed on to any third party.

In connection with the new data protection regulation (GDPR), we have developed and clarified our use of personal data so that you will know in more detail how we handle these. You can read a more detailed account here .

LOWEST ORDER VALUE

We do not apply a minimum order value.

DELIVERY

In most cases, your order is sent via DHL Service point. You will receive a delivery notification which is sent to the specified mobile phone number or e-mail and picks up the delivery at the nearest DHL delivery point. For furniture, delivery takes place to the stated address in accordance with an agreement with the shipping company.

CANCELLATION

As a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order before we have sent the order to you. This does not apply to order items such as furniture and fabric, where the order or order confirmation approved for furniture is binding.

RELEASE PACKAGE FEE

To prevent the delivery from being returned, it needs to be picked up at the delivery point within 14 days, otherwise a fee of SEK 395 (incl. VAT) will be charged to cover the fees that arise in connection with the package being returned to us.

TRANSPORT DAMAGED GOODS

In order for us to be able to report the damage to our carrier, we need to report the transport damage to him within 1-3 days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within this time.

This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage and it is therefore important that you unpack and check that the product is faultless as soon as possible after receipt.

If the damage is visible, it is easiest if you report this directly to the delivery agent (or the driver for direct delivery) upon receipt of the shipment. Ask the agent / carrier to make a note of the damage to your copy of the consignment note or to their parcel handling system. Remember to always save the packaging so that the complaint can be handled correctly.

A product that is incorrectly dispatched should be reported to us as soon as possible, and we will rectify the error.

PROPERTY RESERVATION

All ordered goods are the property of Nadja Wedin's design until full payment is received by us.

TERMS OF COMPLAINT AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To complain about a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately. To simplify the handling of the complaint: state the order number and reason for the complaint. We will send you a new item at no extra shipping cost, provided the item is available. If we can not replace you with a new item, we will make a refund when we receive the defective item in return.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTIONS & RETURNS

Private consumers have, according to the Distance Contracts Act, the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The exceptions to this right are products that are made to order, such as furniture and fabrics.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

The right of withdrawal applies when the product and packaging are returned in unchanged condition. The product must not be used, but packaging must have been opened carefully. Return shipping in the event of a canceled purchase is paid for by the consumer. Refunds will be made as soon as we have received the item back and the return is approved.

Here's how to make a return:

  1. Contact our customer service via email info@nadjawedin.com or phone + 46-708-678986 and request a return shipping note. Alternatively, you can fill in the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can download the standard form here .

Make sure the information is accurate and clear.

  1. Pack the product properly, use the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging, equivalent to what the product was delivered to you. Do not forget to pack in a return slip with contact information and reason for the return.
  2. Return the item using the return shipping note.

WARRANTY

We apply the Consumer Purchase Act's right of complaint, which means that you have a three-year right of complaint after you have received the product. This presupposes that all care instructions are followed and that normal care is observed.

In the event of a complaint, you must contact us via email ( info@nadjawedin.com ) or telephone 0708-678986, and we will help you further. You will be asked to provide photo proof via email of the defect / defective item, where the defect is clearly stated. In the event of a granted complaint, a prepaid return shipping note will be sent to you. Once we have received the complained item, the error will be re-examined and then a new item will be sent to you.

FORCE MAJEURE

Incidents beyond our control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, are to be attributed to force majeure, which means that Nadja Wedin's design is released from its obligations to fulfill concluded agreements.

OTHER

We reserve the right to change all information without prior notice.In the event of a final sale or if a sale item has expired, we have the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in advance

According to the Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003, everyone who visits a website with cookies must be informed about it.

We use cookies.

A so-called session cookie is saved on your computer to ensure that the items you want to buy end up in your own shopping cart, and to ensure that you can log in to the correct account. The cookie does not contain any personal information and the information can not be used in any other way. The only function of the cookie is to technically ensure that you are correctly logged in to your own account. In order to be able to log in and shop at Nadja Wedin's design, you must therefore have cookies activated in your browser.
